Payment is due at the end of each appointment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Cash and Debit payments. We DO NOT accept personal cheques.

The following applies to patients with dental insurance:

For your convenience, our office is equipped for electronic claims submissions so that we can expeditiously estimate insurance coverage and process claims. We require that payments be made at the end of each appointment, and will do our best to make sure that you are reimbursed quickly by your insurance company. By completing this form, you acknowledge that you would like Dentix24 Dental Clinic to send your dental claims and estimates electronically on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that all appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a fee of $75.00.
